Happy Halloween! Chocolate Pumpkin Power Balls!

What better to celebrate Halloween than spooky chocolate pumpkin power balls? Well, maybe they could be a little spookier, but with 8.91g of Protein per serving, that's frightfully great!

Laura's Chocolate Pumpkin Power Balls

Mix Dry Ingredients:
2.5 c. Oats
0.5 c. Wheat Bran
0.5 c. White Rice Flour
0.25 c. Flaxseed Meal
3 scoops Chocolate Protein Powder
2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
0.5 c. Mini Chocolate Chips

Mix Wet Ingredients:
2 Egg Whites
1 tsp Vanilla
0.5 c. Water
1.5 c. Canned Pumpkin

Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients.

Drop by rounded tablespoon onto greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 325F for 8-10 minutes.

Makes Approximately 58 Power Balls.
